Micro Piezoelectric Pumps

MicroBase’s micro pump uses piezo-electric ceramic elements to drive the fluid flow by vibrating the pump’s membrane or diaphragm. MicroBase’s patented micro pump technology outperforms the current market leaders’ product in several areas such as flow rate, power consumption and footprint. With the control circuit built-in inside the pump, system designers have much greater freedom to integrate MicroBase’s micro pump in their systems.

MicroBase also provides customer-made micro pumps tailored to its customers’ specific requirement. Currently MicroBase is working with its customers to develop micro pumps for fuel cell, consumer electronics and medical applications.

The following tables show the specifications and features of MicroBase’s model MBP2115BD micro piezo-electric diaphragm pumps.
