MBT applies micro-electroforming technique, one of the
sequence of Laser-LIGA process steps, on the cost effective
production of micro-stampers. MBT’s miniatured micro-stamper
is able to satisfy the ultra-high precision requirement
of micro-injection, the final step of Laser-LIGA process.
Besides, the micro-stamper product can be replicated rapidly
for the volume manufacture need and itself a proven high
quality metal (or alloy) microstructure product. Examples
