Currently MicroBase's facility houses three fully automated excimer laser tools capable of reel-to reel mass production of more than one million workpieces per month. Because of the flexibility of these X-Y staged production platform, complex 2D and 3D geometry and structures can also be fabricated.

MicroBase also has several CO2 and Nd:YAG lasers capable of various material processing applications such as drilling, cutting and welding.

MicroBase also houses a state-of-the-art, 6-axis, X-Y staged Nd-YAG laser capable of continuous wave (CW), modulated and pulsed operations. With its specially designed lenses, this laser tool can process high refractive materials such as aluminum, magnesium and their respective alloys. Because of its high power output (1000W), the laser tool is suitable for welding, drilling and structuring for various materials and applications.

Besides a full range of laser tools, MicroBase also houses Laser-LIGA tool set which includes lithography tools and electroforming machines. Currently MicroBase's LIGA facility is capable of mass production of hundreds of thousands of electroformed workpieces a month with high precision qualities that exceeds the current industry standards.

Other equipments in MicroBase's manufacturing and research and development facilities include wet bench, plasma treatment and automatic optical inspection.
