RSS and RSV series
Rss-series are standard 3-lobe roots blower from hey-wel, its structure is very compact and have higher running reliability and long life, the inlet sizes are from 1.5”to 12. Rss-series can run under the pressure of 80Kpa without cooling water, and the biggest capacity can be 160m3/min。Our company has also developed RSW water-cooling series blower for the pressure between 80Kpa and 100Kpa. So the biggest pressure of double-phrase can be 200Kpa. Rsv-series are also developed from Rss series, the biggest pressure can be -500mmHg.

RSS and RSV series features:
•Adopt high-grade computer-control balance adjustment (G2.5), reduce the vibration and noise.
•Machine impeller by 6 coordinates NC shape to improve higher accuracy.
•Gears have special treatments, and manufactured according to JIS1 gears accuracy.
   It can increase the life and decrease the noise.
•There are all lubricant on both end oil tanks, the seal design can not only protect lubricant from
   pollution and reduce obstacles, but also promise that the gas flow will not be contaminated.
•It can add piston ring and get higher efficiency and longer life.


EV series
EV series 3-lobe roots blowers are researched and developed on a basis of RSS series, the biggest feature of this blower is high rotation speed( the maximum can be 4000RPM)、high capacity. With the breakthrough of technology and the modification of practical application, EV series bowers have higher efficiency、higher pressure、lower weight and other features. The inlet sizes are from 2.5”to 12”. The pressure of single blower can be 1 kilogram.

EV series features:
High efficiency:
Great linear structure of impellers, reduce sectional area of rotors to improve capacity of blowers.
Low vibration:
High grade of balance accuracy (G2.5) can control the vibration of X、Y、Z coordinate
High efficiency:
180 degrees vertical structure between inlet and outlet, reduce its pressure loss of blowers.
High vacuum:
The vacuum of single EV blower can be -500mmHg, and the double EV blower can be -650mmHg.


BOOSTER
MB series roots vacuum pump is a kind of volume vacuum pump, it was also called machinery pressure-increasing pump, which is one of main equipments in gas absorption. Its operating concept is the same as roots blower. Especially for the process of taking out a lot of vapor and some other reagents from chemical engineering、pharmacy and other business of lines, our company has improved the seal structure of the chamber of bearing and pump, so it reduces much phenomenon of emulsifying lubricant from the chamber of bearing and gears, and make MB series be suitable for taking out a lot of vapor and reagents when matched with water-ring vacuum pump.

BOOSTER series features:
•There is no oil in pump’s chamber, it avoids that oil vapor pollutes vacuum system
•Low vibrate, less noise
•Less machine friction so as its low driving frequency
•Easy maintain and repair, low charge and long life
•It can take out condensed gas.
•There is bigger pumping speed ,in the wide scope of pressure（1∼1×104 Pa）
•Must not ONLY use it, but run with advanced pump. It’s not allowed to operate under atmospheric pressure. Only can run after that the inlet pressure of booster pump meet related requirement. Usually, they are water-ring vacuum pump、oil-ring vacuum pump and so on.
•There have been some improvements for vapor and organic characteristics; it solves the problem of pump oil’s emulsification in the chamber of bearings.

RING BLOWERS or SIDE CHANNEL BLOWERS
The features of ring blowers are as follows:
•Low weight and high wind pressure
•New type of rotor design and less volume
•Low noise and low vibration;
•All the rotors are adjusted balance by computer machine, make it’s vibration lowest;
The purpose of ring blowers:
Powder conveying、dust collecting in textiles、gas pad of paper cutting or cloth cutting machine、wastewater treatment、air in mineral industry、air pump、aqua industry and so on.


Dry screw vacuum pump series
We have advanced design and fabrication technology, so we can provide our customers with high quality and reasonable price vacuum pump. This type of dry screw pumps are suitable for chemical industry、pharmacy industry、foodstuff package、and semi-conductor industry. Our vacuum pump adopts water jacket as cooling way, it can control the temperature of body efficiently, and meanwhile, for small capacity type of pump, we have also natural wind cooling series. The capacity of single vacuum pump can be 500~3000 L/min, this data can be 7000~50000 L/min when it is matched with booster pump. The final vacuum pressure can be 0.001torr. It’s models are very complete.
